La Marzocco UK – 12-Month Coffee Subscription Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this prize draw is La Marzocco UK & Ireland, 8-10 New North Place, London, EC2A 4JA.
  2. Eligibility
    The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, its agencies, professional advisers and anyone professionally connected with the promotion, together with their immediate families.
  3. How to Enter
    To enter the prize draw, eligible participants must complete and submit the entry form using the method specified in the promotional material.

There is no purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.

Only one entry per person per monthly prize draw is permitted. Entries submitted on behalf of another person, or entries generated by automated means, will not be accepted.

  1. Promotion Period and Monthly Draws
    The prize draw operates on a monthly basis.

Entries for each monthly prize draw must be received by 11:59pm on the 30th day of the relevant month.

The winner for each monthly prize draw will be selected by random draw on the first Monday of the following month from all eligible entries received before the relevant closing date.

If a month does not have a 30th day, entries will close at 11:59pm on the final day of that month.

  1. The Prize
    One winner will receive a 12-month coffee subscription, consisting of:
  • One 250g bag of coffee per month;
  • Coffee supplied by a La Marzocco roastery partner;
  • A total of 12 x 250g bags of coffee over the 12-month subscription period.

The specific coffee supplied will be determined by the relevant La Marzocco roastery partner and may vary from month to month.

The prize is subject to the availability of the participating La Marzocco roastery partner. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the coffee with an alternative product of equal or greater value where necessary.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.

  1. Winner Selection
    The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the relevant monthly closing date.

The random draw will be conducted by the Promoter or by an independent third party using a verifiably random process.

  1. Winner Notification
    The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

The winner must respond within [7/14] days of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner by random draw from the remaining eligible entries.

  1. Delivery of the Prize
    The prize will be arranged directly with the winner and the relevant La Marzocco roastery partner.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to ensure the prize is delivered to the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

  1. Winner Details and Publicity
    The Promoter may publish or make available the surname and county of the winner in accordance with applicable promotional marketing rules.

The winner may object to their details being published or request that less information be published, where permitted by applicable law and the relevant advertising rules.

  1. Data Protection
    Personal information provided when entering the prize draw will be collected and processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the prize draw, selecting and contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Entry into the prize draw does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Any marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable data protection and electronic marketing laws and regulations.

  1. Disqualification
    The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, contains inaccurate or misleading information, or has been submitted fraudulently or using automated means.
  2. General
    The Promoter reserves the right, where reasonably necessary and due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw. The Promoter will endeavour to minimise any impact on entrants and, where appropriate, provide reasonable notice of any material changes.

The Promoter’s decision regarding the administration and operation of the prize draw is final, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

  1. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising from or in connection with the prize draw.
